GoDaddy have canceled the In-Store Credit i brought from you and they told me that “The Groupon promotions was a valid offer to be made only once to the customer account. Any additional uses have been removed from the In-store Credits that were applied to the account. If you wish to receive a refund for these services you will need to contact Groupon for assistance with this matter. ”
Sorry for not clear enough about the rules of the deal and I want to know that when and how could i get a refund.Thaknks a lot!
继昨天收到GoDaddy回复关于退款的疑问后,我马上给Groupon发ticket询问退款事宜,今天收到了Groupon的回复,一共两封邮件,如下,顺便再提供一个向Groupon发信要求退款的模板 第一封,这封是直接把款退给我了,但是还是有两个问题:1.由于给Groupon发ticket时需要选择订单号,我就胡乱选了一个(后来发现订单不是必选,你们可以试下不选订单),我以为他们是应该核实哪些订单被GoDaddy取消掉,然后再退还给我,结果他们只把我选择的那个订单退给我了。2.这个退款是退到我的groupon账户中,而不是退回我的信用卡,不知道是不是我在下单完后就把信用卡信息的缘故
第二封,洋洋洒洒一大推,实际上就这几个意思:他们所有的团购商品页面都有此团购的限定条件,而GoDaddy此次团购的限定条件很清楚,那就是限定一个账户只能购买一枚充入一个GoDaddy账户,在一般情况下这种用户自己没有搞清楚状况的是不会退款,鉴于上周才下单,就帮我直接把这个订单删除掉了,把钱退回到我的账户可用于下次再Groupon购买商品。 最后总结下,还需要向Groupon搞清楚几个问题:1.是否可以请他们和GoDaddy确认哪些In-Store Credit被取消掉了,然后把被取消掉的订单直接退款给我们。2,是否可以直接退款到信用卡。就这两个问题我会继续询问Groupon
